Zum Schutz Ihrer Daten loggen Sie sich in der BARMER-App mit Ihrem BARMER-Benutzerkonto ein. Für zusätzlichen Schutz sorgt das sogenannte Sicherheitsgerät. Dieses ist das Smartphone oder Tablet mit dem Sie sich registriert haben.
Sie haben noch kein Benutzerkonto? Registrieren Sie sich in der App. Bestätigen Sie dann Ihre Identität zum Beispiel digital mit Ihrem Online-Personalausweis. Mit Ihren Zugangsdaten können Sie auch weitere Services der BARMER nutzen, wie die BARMER eCare oder den BARMER Teledoktor.

Identification an unmitigated Desaster
First it does not allow me to log in anymore as I’m apparently still logged into a different device, when I ever only used this phone.
I deleted app and reinstalled and it worked again. Just to ask me to identify through Nect app - which requires me to have an NFC ID card. Whilst asking me a few times to confirm my phone number.
As I don’t have an NFC enabled ID card I had to use the alternative identification, which is….
… getting a letter!
Expected a fax, which would have at least been instant.
There are so many easy and cheaper ways to identify people - an SMS would have done the job. But Barmer rather bloss members fees for this ridiculous process…
