Sarah wants a home with beautiful water views no matter what the cost, while Todd prefers to live right on the water - on a houseboat! Sarah, Todd and their puppy Burt can't wait to embark on this island adventure and purchase a permanent piece of Caribbean heaven.

Nathan wants a move in ready home with a short commute to work and Meg wants a house right on the water. Meg is currently working on getting her boating license and would love to find a home on an island that she can boat to everyday. Colorado natives Kassey and Briton are tired of the snow and looking for a tropical change. These two music lovers are leaving the landlocked main land behind and moving to Rincon, Puerto Rico. Kassey would like a home with latin flavor where she can step outside and dive right into the sparkling blue Caribbean sea. Briton wants a house with a laid back vibe and majestic views. For this couple, the outdoor space is just as important as the indoor space, they want to make sure they have enough space for their band to practice and friends to come and enjoy the music. East coast natives Chris and Sheri have recently made the move back to their home state of Massachusetts. With 6 month old Sawyer now in the picture they want to be closer to family.
