Growing Pains

Mike (KIRK CAMERON) is accused of cheating in school after receiving the highest grade in the class. Given his reputation as a scholar, can he convince Jason (ALAN THICKE), Maggie (JOANNA KERNS) or his teacher of his innocence?

Thanks to their children, Jason and Maggie have a whole day to spend together for their anniversary. But, all their plans end when Maggie is called away on assignment.

While Jason (ALAN THICKE) tries to save Maggie's parents' house from being sold, Mike (KIRK CAMERON) tries to save the Seaver house from the ravages of a wild party.

Maggie (JOANNA KERNS) and Jason (ALAN THICKE) both encounter career decisions that will affect one another; meanwhile, Mike (KIRK CAMERON) makes a philosophical discovery when he's home sick.

Nightmares involving his deceased Uncle Bob (JAMES CALLAHAN) begin haunting Mike (KIRK CAMERON) soon after the man's death.

When Jason (ALAN THICKE) falls into a state of depression because he's feeling old, Maggie (JOANNA KERNS) thinks she has the cure--a reunion with his old college band.

The first day back at school proves to be very educational: Ben (JEREMY MILLER) learns to face fear; Carol (TRACEY GOLD) gets a strange date for the dance; and Mike (KIRK CAMERON) becomes infatuated and learns a big lesson.

Mike learns that Carol's girlfriend is using her to get to him.

Ben lets his fingers do the walking right into trouble when he passes out a pornographic telephone number at school and then blames it on his best friend.

Mike (KIRK CAMERON) gets an after school job and becomes Employee of the Month. His parents are so proud that they buy him a car. Now, how will he tell them that he's just been fired?

While Carol (TRACEY GOLD) does her best to alter her saintly reputation, Mike (KIRK CAMERON) gets physical to protect his sister's honor.
