I Hate My Yard

Jeff and Stacie have a champagne view and a beer backyard. It's all roots, rubble and a whole lotta dirt. With Sara Bendrick's help, this couple's unkempt backyard is transformed into a living space worthy of its ocean view.

Since Nick and Janette moved into their home a year ago, they've avoided spending time in their dirt and weed-filled back yard. Sara Bendrick changes all that by turning this barren backyard into the ultimate entertaining spot.

Designer Sara Bendrick focuses on making a backyard safe and fun for a family. The design include a planter wall for privacy, a grill and a bar area for entertaining, a fire pit, plus a playhouse and chalkboard wall for the kids.

Peter and Leah have a 1920s Craftsman home that they're restoring to its original architectural integrity, but the back yard is another story. Sarah comes up with a plan to extend the architecture of the home into the back yard.

A disjointed backyard makes it difficult for Rhoyge and Priscilla & the whole family to hang out together. To combat that, Sara Bendrick creates a Cape Cod inspired outdoor living space that's perfect for entertaining.

Keisha's backyard has a pool, but crumbling concrete, towering weeds and a dilapidated pergola surround it. Sara Bendrick goes to work with an outdoor makeover inspired by Tuscany, complete with a stone fountain.
