    Deeper into the BS Closet

    Deeper into the BS Closet

A theme of some recent coaching calls has been when it's appropriate to force ourselves into doing things our minds just don't understand. I head back into the BS closet to explore the topic and some ways to make BS seem, well, less BS-y. Warning, I actually say the BS word quite a few times.

Is it possible to be both proud of something and ashamed at the same time? Yes!

    Go to Hell Guilt Monster

    Go to Hell Guilt Monster

Just back from the ADHD Conference and man I'm tired! After the third attempt at recording this episode I finally succeeded. This week I talk about slipping back into our routines after a vacation, and drop the truth bomb that folks with ADHD can be introverts.

This is also the first episode in which I say the ‘F’ word. You might want to skip it if you’re not a fan of “the cussin’”.

Extremely useful and engaging

I feel like the host could be parodying me from time to time because he has ADHD so spot on. A lot of his talk boils down to “stop trying to be neurotypical.” I slow myself down to the point of paralysis trying to be neurotypical.

The Tom Nardone Show

As a podcaster I appreciate ppl taking the time to do a good sounding show. This show is well done. The host is sincere and articulate like few others. I listen to very few podcasts but this one makes my A-list.

A Longtime ADHD sufferer ,

A very promising new podcast series about ADHD

In this podcast the host delves into troubling topics like like procrastination, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and the endless self-sabotaging cycle of inner negativity to which so many of us ADHDers are prone. He does this while eschewing negativity and keeps it light while providing some much needed encouragement as well as strategies to overcome many of ADHD's hurdles. I'm excited to hear more from someone who struggles with the ailment himself but has also found ways to overcome its difficult symptoms. I think this podcast will help you and me overcome ADHD's many hurdles so we can live happier, more productive lives!
