Factual, Easy to Understand, and Great Advice

I read the book Calisthenics for Beginners and then I found out the author also has a podcast, I was happy to find out it has just as much great advice, knowledge, and information as the book he published. It also let me learn more about the author and his thoughts into the practice of Calisthenics. I would recommend anybody looking to learn more to give this podcast a listen, or even to check out the book which will give you a great foundation and workouts to start off with. 10/10

I’ve been watching Red Delta project on YouTube since 2014, he has helped me out tremendously. He continues today to give content that is eye catching and researched in a scientific perspective!
