Frank Mir is the goat in my opinion . My boyfriend took me to a casino sept17,2016 across from Paris Texas in grant Oklahoma . Frank was there signing autographs and judging a cage fight . Then he was by Shawnee Oklahoma doing shaman cbd oil commercials for tribes. Wanted so bad to see him but a surgery left me quadriplegic.thankful for the podcast it’s frank f•••ing Mir!!!!

They seem to post once every 4-6 week, which makes me wonder why they still post. The audio issues as of late have been pretty bad. Wish they would be on more of a consistent schedule and clean up the audio
