Henry is a gift
The insight that Henry Shukman is able to express can do wonders. How he speaks on consciousness and our reality is a joy to listen too and he can make zen even more interesting than it already is. Not to mention, killer radio voice
Reluctant teacher
At times, insight and wisdom are just the threshold... standing at the door, it is love that will lift the latch and invite you in for tea.
These talks are a true joy, a combination of scholarship, common sense and falling in love with the world over and over... The dharma is presented in a way that is fully relatable and filled with humility. If for no other reason, I listen to these podcasts for the moments that you can HEAR the sound of delight and wonder in a candlelit room. Thank you... I have no complaints.
