Episode 190- Silver Surfer Rebirth: Legacy
Jon M. Wilson is back to cover the final mini series in Ron Marz and Ron Lim's trilogy of Silver Surfer/Warlock comics that take place back in the 1990's!
What, we never covered the first mini? Well don't worry, there are plans for that one very soon, but for now settle in with talk of Epic Illustrated, Rene Auberjonois and Minnesota's very own Moose on the Loose! Oh and also stuff about the Silver Surfer, Adam Warlock, Mephisto, Thanos, Genis-Vell and Eve Warlock I guess.

Episode 189- The Cat and the Cosmic Cube (Wilderness Years Finale)
Sure, I could try and get your interest by telling you this is the final part of our Wilderness Years episodes. I could also try and get your attention by mentioning the great guest I have this time. Paul French from Legion of Substitute Podcasters. Rick Heinichen from Jeff and Rick Unpack the Power of Power Pack. Paul Showens from G33kpod...and their daughters! I could even bring up how this episode ties in with a beloved CTW show from the 1970's featuring Morgan Freeman! But that won't matter. There are only two words you want to hear regarding this episode.

Episode 169.
Hi Al, I am a subscriber to this show and look for it every 2 weeks. I really enjoy the subject of Thanos and Adam Warlock and the wilderness years is a particularly uinique aspect of this show. I used to perk up whenever either characters were referenced in the various Marvel mags after their deaths. Your format of rotating guest hosts is pretty good also. You know a lot about Marvels history and sometimes the guests fill in the blanks. I gave the show 5 stars but I have to pass on some critique about this episode and some of the past shows. While I do enjoy a lot of the digressions from the main topic, maybe you can edit them more closely. Talking about Sue Richards mullet had little to do with the shows topic. I don’t mind listening to 1or 2 minutes of off topic banter but it gets to be distracting after that. One other thing about this particular episode, the first guest was wearing his political bent on his sleeve and came off hostile in some places. I generally tune out of shows that include politics. I get enough from the TV and social media about the divided nature of our country and I listen to shows like this to hear about my favorite hobby , comics. This is the first episode that zI was tempted to stop listening to for that reason. To change the subject, I never heard how old you are in any of the previous shows. You have a fountain of knowledge and this comes from reading a lot of comics and or age. I just turned 62 and get annoyed when podcasters don’t know comic history. You really cover your subjects well in that regard. Anyway thanks again for producing a top notch show.
Amazing Show
If you learned to love Thanos when he snapped his way into our hearts in the MCU, then you need to check out this show. Al and his amazing friends take a deep dive into the classic Starlin issues and make the crazy world if 70s Marvel Cosmic comics come to life.

Late to the party
This is a great podcast and I only wish I’d found it sooner. I’m binging it right now along with two other podcasts to total up to my 30 podcasts. This is by far the best podcasts I have that reviews Him and Thanos. Keep up the good work!!
