Podcast will not stream, this happens often!

I really love your show, but about 10% to 25% of the shows will not play, someone isn’t carefully testing the show file after it’s been encoded. I have a background in encoding files for audio and video so I understand. Please have your technical staff double check the current show and repost it please. This Thursday s the only podcast I’m having an issue with.
Thanks, David H.
