Great work

I knew of these guys when I was a student, but didn’t really start listening regularly until I graduated and started my first job. Great and reasonable analysis from a Northwestern perspective, and really glad they give love to sports other than just football and men’s basketball.

UW Preview

This episode could have been interesting. They have an interesting guest who is knowledgeable about recruiting and NW football. The problem is a frequent one. One of the three hosts, John Lecomb, can’t shut up. He consistently talks over the guest who got to say very little. The audience if left to wonder: why have a guest? Just let Lecomb blabber, repeat himself, and declare how everything is “so funny”. I think he means so odd rather than funny and you’d think someone with a NW education would know the distinction. Why does it take 2 minutes to preface every question? Only when you love to hear yourself talk, blabber, bloviate, and ask then answer your own question. Too bad for an episode that had a lot of potential. I give it a 1 because there is no zero button. Good night.

Great N U Information and Fun

These two are very well informed and spoken, on all things Wildcat.
I will follow them right into my football future.

Only one complaint is that the one guy who uses the word etc. (Et cetera) frequently- always says it wrong, which for a Northwestern guy is cringe worthy. You may know what I’m getting at: “EK cetera”😒
