Today's episode we are talking about mindset shifts you can make when you are not seeing progress in your day to day actions towards your goals. 
Making changes in areas of our life can be difficult. Whether you are on a health or fitness journey, launching a new business, stepping into your Kingdom calling, or just trying to better yourself, there will always be a period in the process where it's hard to see the change. Progress isn't always visible at first. 
And often we find that when we get to this point, when we are putting the hard work in daily, and not seeing the results we hoped to, we want to give up and quit. I am here to tell you not to quit! There are people waiting for you on the other side of you persevering! 
So I give you 6 mindset shifts you can make to push through. Success doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and perseverance and trusting the process.

We need to be asking God how He wants us to live here on earth, for such a time as this. How do we know what to do? Where do we find the answers? In God’s Word – of course. Everything we need to know about how to live can be found there. 
I share with you how scripture talks about the health of your mind, body, and spirit. Turns out, God has a lot to say about these areas being healthy and in alignment. I believe that when we are healthy in mind, body, and spirit- we are more able to walk in step with the Lord and ultimately walk in our calling!

Hey hey friends! 
I'm so excited to talk to you in today's episode about motion. Seems odd to be talking about motion, correct? But, motion is important when it comes to taking action. And taking action is important in living out our Kingdom Calling! 
It's important to understand how motion works- so I talked about Newton's 1st Law of Motion which states that if a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by a force. Basically, when we give God our yes, and decide to take action, we need to remain in motion to continue to move forward in our God given calling! 
I also share scripture truths that talk about idleness- it is important to God that we continue to move forward in our obedience. 
I shared how outside forces will come against you. But it's important to see them for what they are and be prepared for them and continue to push through even though. We aren't meant to get stuck or become paralyzed in our action. We won't see success when we allow outside forces out of our control to derail us. 
And lastly, I give you 3 tips practical tips on how you can continue to push through if you are finding outside forces causing you to get stuck and stop your motion.

Hey friend!

You have gifts and talents given to you by God to use here on earth to bless others with and glorify Him and you are ready to use them and take action. You're excited and ready to start that thing that God is calling you to, but you are unsure of where and how to start.
Sure, we can trust God to lead us and guide us, and to fight for us. But we do have to take action! I talk about your Red Sea moment versus your Jordan River Crossing moment.
