SHE ROLLED A NAT 20
From the excellent sound design, cast chemistry, and storyline. This show is a treat. The editing keeps the essential rolls in dnd without bogging down the story with mechanic debates and clarifying questions. Whether you’re new to tabletops or like me have been playing them for years you’ll enjoy this gruesome delight of a show.
A Rip ROLLING Good Time
Some blood, some gore, only 2 episodes in but worth the listening if you know how to have fun.
Cinema Therapy rolls an incredible side quest with DnD!
Two episodes in and I’m already hooked! I haven’t played DnD in a while but this show reminds me just how much fun this game can be. The opening and closing music “Half-Life” performed by Glyph Society, the immersive sound design accompanying the hilarious chemistry between these characters that oddly are compatible and breathtaking funny even when absolutely shouldn’t.
I found myself laughing so many times and I feel like an audience member that’s spectating this journey- cannot recommend this show enough and I’m super excited to see what else Cinema Therapy Studio adds to their catalog.
