Tech Outlook Ep. 15 w/Dawn Dewey and Trishelle Kirk
Presented By: CNM
The guests on episode 15 of the Tech Outlook podcast is Dawn Dewey and Trishelle Kirk, co-owners of Soilutions.
The problem is food waste and a solution is Soilutions.
Soilutions is a South Valley-based composting business. It takes organic material from other businesses, like grocery stores or landscaping businesses, and slowly composts the material until the compost or soil is ready to be used at a farm or garden. That makes it easier to grow food and also diverts organic material that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
Make no mistake, for a company whose product is the result of decomposing food, Soilutions incorporates advanced technology to track the progress of its compost and measure exactly how much it weighs. -
