I know you've had this intrusive thought:

"If don't post today, then I'm going to be punished."
"If I don't post today, then [undesirable thing is going to happen to me]"

But is that really a story that's useful? Serving you? Instilling inspiration & power? Matching where your biz is going?

Because if it's not inspiring to you, it won't be inspiring to your audience. And then all that effort put into content will begin feeling like it's for nothing.

So today I'd love to offer you a reframe around what's REALLY going to get you seen + savored by your audience. Hint: It has nothing to be with catering to the algo or "staying relevant to people who have short a** attention spans".

Welcome back to The Stacked Coach Podcast!

In this episode, I share with you something I have been contemplating lately → Defined Pressure Centers in the body (human design).

Often, we bulldoze the call to WAIT (to let life come to us) by taking pressure-filled action which expands the root of suffering in business.

Can we continue flow when the natural, very healthy, and necessary pulse of pressure shifts in our life?
Can we continue to make magic by leaning back when the very healthy & necessary pulse of pressure shifts in our life?
Can we PAUSE long enough to make the right decision instead of the one that’s going to repeat suffering?
Do we have the skills to read our energy & regulate our nervous system?

This is the kind of inner work that I LOVE doing because it makes me faster & takes me deeper with what I'm able to hold in my life.

I'll be sharing with you one of the ways that I analyze pressure & what I WISH I would have done last quarter when I had a brand new vision for my business (with no conscious way to bring it to life).
