Best advice out there for women 35 plus
This podcast and the other resources Claudia has are game changing if you are feeling different than you did in your 20s-early 30s and a woman. Run and don not walk to listen to all the advice she provides and advocate for yourself with your Doctor.
Empowering and informative
As I’m getting older I’m realizing that nothing, including our medical system, is designed with women in mind. I know how frustrating it is to try to get doctors to listen and understand what’s going on in my body and still not get the answers I need. So thankful to have access to helpful information through other avenues like this podcast.
Missing link in women’s healthcare
