Punishing dogs
No modern Dog trainer , who is formally educated, uses shock collars. That’s archaic, it’s for trainers, who are lazy, and trainers, that lack advanced skills in positive reinforcement. There are over 40 scientific research studies that all conclude the same thing you can train anything in or train anything out using positive reinforcement only. These guys are dinosaurs that push a button on a remote to shock dogs. That’s not training, that’s abuse.
