Great Resource

From someone who had to suffer tremendously before realizing that an empowered, healthy, balanced life is possible while still accomplishing goals and leading others, this is the kind of resource that I would’ve loved to have earlier in my life. Grind, grit, and max effort have their place, but this podcast shows that those things are only tools to be used in times of need, not perpetual states to stay addicted to, and that being a leader that understands this also empowers those I lead to have a more fulfilling life.
