As a busy single mum, I know how hard it is to prioritise yourself as a mum BUT also how important it is and the positive impact fitness can have on your life, your confidence and your happiness.
So if you are mum with a fitness goal or you want to feel like your best self or want to know how another mum juggles it, then you are in the right place. I will be sharing lots of value (with a little bit of tough love) to help you along the way, while keeping it real - because this is not about being perfect!
