Great, informative podcasts!

I enjoy listening to Jake’s podcast for nutrition advice and information, they are very helpful and informative.

My favorite episodes are the one where Jake teaches you how to count calories by following his advice, it really helped me get back into calorie counting, determine my BMR and find the appropriate caloric deficit. The most important part of that episode, in my opinion is the part that so many people miss, regarding short term maintenance phases and diet breaks. I think that it’s so awesome to hear Jake emphasizing how important they are, how to do them properly for one’s health. More people who are either calorie counting on their own, and also coaches giving advice- really need to hear the importance of that info!

I also really enjoyed the episode with Kal from Long Haul Coaching, they also did a great interview on IG, which is how I came across Jake’s page! Jake has a great IG page also with lots of information! The podcasts are definitely worth a listen!

A must-listen!!

Not only is Jake super relatable and personable, he shoots it straight in quick, digestible episodes that are easy to understand for the average man or lady. Not to mention he gives EXCELLENT advice! One of the best coaches all around.
