Welcome to the Wedding Plan! My name is Tyler Speier and I am a luxury event planner based in Santa Barbara, California. My team and I get to travel the world producing amazing events, especially weddings. Being an event planner is one of the great joys of my life, along with being a husband and a daddy. My heart for this podcast is for it to be a vulnerable space to share the adventures that happen behind the scenes of picture-perfect weddings. To many people, my job looks glamorous, and parts of it are. But I’m excited to share about the literal blood, sweat, and tears behind every glamorous outcome. Follow along for real-life stories of trials and struggles from my 14 years as a wedding planner, and creative entrepreneur.
