Hey there! It's been a while! As Black History Month comes to a close, we're getting into some big business, big discussion thangs in Episode 6!  In this episode, we'll be discussing blackness through the lens of white hegemony.

the assumption that the default reader or observer is coming from a perspective of someone who identifies as white, or that people of color sometimes feel need to take into account the white reader or observer's reaction.



We're book readers, particularly romance readers, but in this episode, we’ll also be discussing blackness through the white hegemony gaze in books, movies, TV, etc. We hope you learn, reflect, and respond to this episode with an open mind and discussion!

Hey, party people! We're back with an introduction to a new segment called "Books N Sh*t." It's a mini relaxation from the pressures of our TBR (to be read).
