What's up y’all? Welcome to the 5Q5K, this is your host Josh Williams! This podcast aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to learn and begin to embrace what I’ve come to know as an actively improving lifestyle.

Every week my guest and I going to discuss at least 5 questions. After our conversation, we’re going to get out there to get active. Each episode is intended to be about the amount of time it takes a beginner to run a 5k.

We hope you can get out there and get active while you join our conversation. I hope you learn something with us, and that we give you some tools to continue improving toward your goals.
