I love this podcast. My only issue is that I’m caught up on all episodes so I have to wait week to week. :(

Swearing?

They provide great content and make it interesting. However, as someone who swears himself, I don’t mind an F-bomb every now and then but the amount of swearing can be decreased on a podcast discussing health and wellness. It would probably be more suited with other discussions. I hear less swearing from the construction workers I work with.

I’m late to the game, but I love both of these guys. They are funny, no nonsense, and easy to listen to. Some podcasts, even of people I like, can be dull to listen to. But they keep it entertaining.
