Morgan Walker, a wife, mom of three, and interior designer, shares her journey of struggling with various symptoms and finding help through functional medicine.

She experienced anxiety, brain fog, depression, panic attacks, and dyspnea, among other symptoms. After seeking help from traditional medicine without success, she turned to Lori Aikman for guidance.

Through changes in her diet, lifestyle, and supplementation, Morgan saw improvements in her hormone balance, mental health, and overall well-being.

She emphasizes the importance of understanding women's health and the need for personalized, holistic approaches to address underlying issues. Improving one's physical and mental health has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including relationships, parenting, and pursuing passions.

When individuals feel good, they are more likely to treat others well and be better parents. Mental health is closely linked to physical health, and feeling trapped in one's mind can hinder personal growth and happiness. Thriving in life requires being well in both body and mind, as being unwell can lead to survival mode and hinder personal and professional goals.

Stress management is crucial for overall health, and finding balance and harmony in life is essential. Creating a nurturing home environment is also important for overall well-being.

Morgan's focus has shifted from social media to flipping homes and helping families thrive. Stress is a significant health problem that often stems from gut issues.

Women's bodies may respond differently to exercise, and it is essential to listen to one's body and find a routine that works best for individual needs.
