Kishore Hari ,

Arda and Greg are great together

First off, love the return of a hockey podcast on ESPN. The chemistry between Arda and Greg is great - they don’t take things too seriously, clearly love the game, but bring the right amount of heart to the conversation too. I like the 2x weekly format - about the right cadence for the amount of time I have to catch up on hockey. Hockey players aren’t renowned for showing personality - I love how Arda and Greg draw them out in interview (Cory Schneider one was a great example).

Couple recent highlights - Greg and Arda’s heartfelt tribute to Barry Melrose. Greg pulling back the curtain on the ESPN 100 list was awesome - not usually the behind-the-scenes looks we get on other ESPN podcasts.

It’s early and the show is still finding a groove, but I can see a ton of potential. Put this one in your sports podcast rotation!

Youre ESPN for Gods sake

Of all the people who work at ESPNU can’t find two people to do a podcast every night after the playoffs. I would hope you guys realize that the best way to get people interested in the product that you bought TV rights for would be to do a podcast every night after the playoffs, especially for the casual fans who don’t start watching hockey until the 16 teams start buying for the Stanley Cup.

Not bad. Some odd topics

Pretty decent podcast. But I’ve now heard them go on at length about WWE wrestling a second time. Why would they think anyone tuning in for the NHL wants to hear that?
