My fav all-things exercise podcast!

Been following LCK for over a year now and she’s incredible! Full of exercise, nutrition, gym apparel, workout equipment knowledge… she’s my go-to for everything. She’s a huge advocate for women’s health too, which initially caught my eye. If I’m not following all her suggestions on Instagram, I’m here listening to her podcast!

This podcast! I’ve been an athlete kept my body healthy for most of whole life and I truly appreciate LCK and her history that she shares and her knowledge.
