In this final episode of season one of Fab Hun - The Podcast I'm so delighted to be able to sit down with Jadine a long time pal, owner of Ripple Salon and Mama to Ollie and dog mom to Puma ❤️ She's a real superhero and it was great to sit down with her and hear her story it's so motivating to hear!

As well as that she goes into the SCIENCE of our hair and what happens when it has to go through different types of damage and her advice on it and all her fave products to use to look after that one head of hair we all have.

In this episode I'm joined by my lucky other half Ste and Kai makes a guest appearance on my first Spotify video episode. Me and Ste chat away about girly trends that he hates and why. We chat relationships, not caring what other people think and we share the story about how we met (which I want your opinion on, what would you have done in my situation? 😂).

Well! For this weeks episode we took Fab Hun across the water to Liverpool to meet my two gorg gals Amy Kirby and Melina Halpin. We chat about the importance of being selective with who you give your energy to, how scouse gals get ready for a night out and how we can all be as confident as them. We even get a little guest appearance from our Katie who I've told you all about before 🥹❤️

Well gals it's safe to say this episode was DELAYED 😅 It was supposed to come out on Saturday morning but due to technical difficulties (and a lack of technical knowledge haha) it's coming out on Monday afternoon, wow 😂

We go through clearing out your wardrobe, how to stop yourself buying sh*t you don't need and getting the foundations right to allow you to truly feel good in yourself ❤️

We're on a bit of a rampage gals but it's a well overdue rampage in my opinion! Years and years ago someone somewhere decided to start categorising women's bodies into bizarre fruits and other various household items. I'm calling bollox on it and I think we need a new fresh way of thinking that's ACTUALLY HELPFUL!
