Haven’t Missed an Episode

Love your show! Thank you so much for making the science understandable and enjoyable

Please

I think this podcast could be great but I just need the host to stop interrupting and talking over their guests.

Mrslbm ,

Love it for the most part!

I really love listening to Michelle and think this podcast would be helpful for most people. However, I would listen to caution. One example is that magnesium is mentioned like everyone should be taking it no matter what. While everyone does need it, if your sodium or potassium are low, mag will now help and may hurt. It’s best to start with topical and work up keeping an eye on the HTMA. For myself, I was taking mag and it caused my calcium to plummet which caused a lot of issues for me. So things like that need to be explained because potassium is also super important to get in balance with the mag and basically the four main minerals.

Sometimes I feel like topics aren’t discussed as deep or thoroughly as I’d like or expect but overall it’s a great show.
