“You ‘da what?” is a weekly podcast exploring the art of eudaemonia. Eudaemonia is the state of human flourishing; wellness for your highest good. In this podcast I’ll be speaking with unique and inspiring leaders in the areas of wellbeing, spirituality, and personal growth. I started this podcast to remind each of us just how much agency we have in our own happiness and health. Health is not one size fits all. In fact, it’s not about size at all. Let’s explore the art of wellbeing and how to elevate our own — it’s eudaemonia - You ‘da what?

A thoughtful way to heal
Emily is a good host with a kind, thoughtful flow. She picks guests who encourage you to kindly care for your brain, emotions & body in a supportive way.
Emily’s Gunna Challenge You to Rethink: And Ya Need it!
It’s interesting how the women of the world have passed down knowledge & wisdom & the Universe / G-d has granted it but, so often, our ears are shut & our minds are clouded by the meanness & prejudices we’ve had for so long as a society going back generations…
Emily is not a witch. But if she were, she’d be a good witch. A healer. Because she brings folks together from different backgrounds (some of it sounds nuts! That’s okay. Maybe next week it’ll be something that rings truer or the Podcast Archive will have something that is PERFECT spot on for you to implement in your life “Mental Loads” would be a great place to start.) & those differing perspectives, in each of them, contain elements of truth / helpfulness we can use to reexamine the way that we’re interacting with each other, our families, our environment & - super duper über importantly - OURSELVES!)
I’m a non-denominational evangelical Christian. I go to Church on Sundays. I’m also an openly gay/bi man active in the LGBTQ+ community. If there’s something here for me, there is for you.
To think I discovered Emily’s podcast through a labradoodle on an icy day at Oakledge Park in Burlington, Vermont & have come some 7 months since then from a long-term “challenge” of a relationship, to singlehood & falling back in love with myself (one month today!)… Emily is just one small part of my journey but it’s one worth listening to on the way to work, on your dogwalks, or if ya just need a moment in the car or some inspiration while you do laundry or make your “meal kit” meal on a busy weeknight.
Thanks for doing it Emily!
A wonderful host!
I had the pleasure of being a guest on Emily’s podcast. It was such a fun conversation. Her topics are useful and entertaining for her listeners! If you haven’t listened to an episode, make time for it today!
