It’s the place where you learn how to reconcile & restore your relationships with God, yourself & others. It’s a vault, a safe space and a front-row seat to my journey so that you have some help on yours.

020: Small Beginnings (A Word of Encouragement)
What happens when your beginning/project/idea is small? Does that make it bad? I was live on IG last night for a quick moment (it’s been way too long since I’ve done that!) and I talked about what happens when you start small. 019: Be Kind To You Too
I thought I was done with kindness, but I was reminded that kindness begins with me. If I’m not kind to myself, how can I really be kind to others? Let’s unpack that in today’s episode.

019: Birthday Bonus!
Happy Birthday to me! *Cue the confetti* 🎉🎁🎂🎊🥳🙌🏾This song has been my testimony for a long time! As I step into a new year of life, celebration and joy, I wanted to tell the Lord thank you in a way that He & I know best. I pray that you listen to this snippet of this amazing song and rejoice in knowing that all of your help comes from (and can come from) the Lord!

018: Kindness Pays Off
2019 set the tone for me to practice kindness. Since then, it has become hardwired into my identity. Today I want to share how we got to the places where kindness isn’t just a thought but has become a habit and how God can use your life to reconcile others to a God that truly is kind and loves them!

017: Celebrations & Identity
This week I want to discuss what it means to celebrate yourself (because I’m not as good at it as some think I am) and what I’ve discovered about my identity in Christ. FYI: It’s ok to celebrate & love yourself; just do it right! As always, be sure to like/share/subscribe on Instagram: @restoredandreconciled and Facebook: Restored & Reconciled

016: Keep Going!
Heeeeeey y’all! I hope Summer is treating you well. I’m on summer break (the first time in many years lol!) and I don’t want to lose my momentum from this past school year. How about you? Finding ways to keep going after reaching goals can get interesting, but Galatians 6:9 is my encouragement for you (and me too)!
