Joy in the US ,

Must listen for all looking to ditch hustle & be

Despite being someone who struggles to listen to podcasts (auditory processing issues), I was glued to these episodes! Lindsay shares not just theory, but little actionable steps you can take. Listening to her, it feels like she’s in my brain because she’s obviously worked through these struggles herself and so I have this huge feeling of “I can trust her!” And lastly, her approach is one of compassion not “do it all or you’re failing”. If you’re interested in slowing down and embracing who you are as a woman, this podcast is for you!
