One of the questions I get asked a lot from first responders getting married, or entering a serious relationship is: "How much do I tell my spouse about the tough calls?" The Power of Fear
FDR famously said: "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself..." Is that true? Maybe... I do know that fear is one of the most powerful emotions that deal with. It shows itself in our anxieties, it can make us ill, and it can ruin our lives? So, we'll look at some of what the Bible says about fear, and look at easy ways we can try and address it in our own lives.
