Junebug051 ,

THANK YOU!

I just turned 48 and there are SO many differing opinions when it comes to information out there for peri-menopausal women. The episode with Dr. Kamilia Smith was eye-opening, and she just resonated with me!!! This podcast has definitely educated me on my options for current and future symptoms of peri-menopause…and it’s allowed me to feel ready to take on this crazy journey I’ve been venturing into!! Thank you!

efulled ,

Information helpful; audio quality terrible

Wish I could make it through an episode because the information is generally good. But, the hosts are super loud and the guests are quiet - I have to crank the volume to hear the info I want and then it hurts my ears when the host talks. A small upgrade in recording equipment, sound dampening in a small room and some EQ in editing would help tremendously. Not only would listenability improve but implied credibility, as well.

Kbelli ,

Thank you!!

I just listened to the episode with Chrissy Court and oh my goodness it was so amazing!! She has such a way of breaking down topics that feel so complex and overwhelming! I’m deeply grateful to this podcast and community, it really helps to feel like I’m not alone in this journey through perimenopause ❤️
