(Establish your boundaries, and hold fast to them). Stop Promoting Yourself, and Start Promoting Your Team. Let Go of Control. (If you can't give your Team the time, attention and trust they need to grow as Professionals, your business in-turn will not grow to its full potential).

Lauren played it far too safe when she went into her first Commercial Salon Space. She was playing too small. Lauren offered a wide range of services as opposed to going with her gut and niching-down her service offerings.Lauren worked way too much and allowed herself to burn out (on more than one occasion). Lauren lacked solid boundaries with Clients and solid boundaries with her Team. Poor boundaries pave the road to Burnout City.Lauren resisted delegating tasks and responsibilities to her Team for far too long. She had to learn not to be a Control Freak.

Just Start. With repetition confidence builds.Have some notes in some tangible form - plan it out on paper, tablet, outline, etc.Schedule your Creation/Filming time into your schedule.Wear your Uniform, and wear makeup and style your hair - you want to be ready to record when inspiration strikes (as well as in your scheduled creation slots). Have all the Tools you need ready to go before you start to record/create.ALWAYS JUST FILM 3 TIMES. Stop trying to convince yourself that you're going to trolled, bagged-out, hated-on, or worse, instead ask yourself: What's the (actual) worst thing that's going to happen?
