Lessons from autumn and reflecting on life and burnout
Through my walks in nature this autumn, I learned valuable lessons about life and about myself. Contemplating the forest gave me peace; painting the autumn leaves became a moving meditation, each brushstroke a reflection on the ephemeral beauty of existence. Watching the river, with its constant flow, reminded me that change is the only constant in life. This journey and learning became my personal digital detox, an antidote against burnout, and a strategy to find inner calm. Sharing these experiences is like opening a window to my soul, inviting others to find peace in nature, creativity in art, and serenity in living slowly.

Meditation: The 3 Characteristics of Reality | 3 Marks of Existence
Meditation in Buddhist philosophy deeply explores the Three Characteristics of Reality, also known as the Three Marks of Existence: impermanence (anicca), suffering or unsatisfactoriness (dukkha), and non-self (anatta). Impermanence highlights the transient nature of all things, where every phenomenon is in a constant state of flux. Suffering or unsatisfactoriness is the acknowledgment that life involves suffering, stress, and dissatisfaction, often due to clinging to impermanent things. The concept of non-self challenges the notion of a permanent, unchanging self, suggesting that what we consider the 'self' is a collection of changing phenomena. Meditative practices in this context focus on deeply understanding these characteristics, leading to a profound realization of the true nature of reality, fostering detachment, and culminating in spiritual liberation.

Meditation 5 min of Concentration and Mindfulness
Single-pointed attention meditation and mindfulness are two complementary approaches to cultivating presence and mental well-being. While one-pointed attention focuses on keeping the mind fixed on a single object, such as the breath or a mantra, to develop concentration and calm, mindfulness involves an open, non-judgmental awareness of present experiences. Both techniques teach us to be completely in the present moment, thereby reducing stress and improving mental clarity. Practicing these methods regularly can lead to greater self-understanding and a sense of balance in everyday life.
