Practical podcast

What I’ve really appreciated about this podcast is the concept of intentionality and being mindful and then measuring the impact to decide if anything needs to change. Thanks Dan and Mirela for the great discussions.

Great podcast

The Mindful Agility podcast was shared with me by a friend. I've really enjoyed it and look forward to each podcast. I'm experienced with Mindfulness but new to Agility. These podcasts relay a lot of great information in an engaging, thoughtful and understandable format. I particular like the examples that are given. I also really benefit from the meditations and summary at the end. I’ve really benefited from the time I've spent listening to them. Well done co-hosts Dan and Mirela.
