The top podcast to have on your recently played

The Checkered Jaguar is a breath of fresh air in a world that can be filtered and performative. This podcast is just what you need to reconnect with your humanity, empathy, and authenticity. Brescia puts her heart and soul into everything she does, that much is undeniable. Not only is her production seamless, but her quality of conversations, topics, and guests she has on her show is unlike anything else out there. Her platform is beautiful in the ways it empowers people to share the challenging parts of their stories, to find connection with oneself and others, to lift up marginalized communities, and to educate with love and compassion on experiences that too often are misunderstood and stigmatized. Thank you Brescia! Your grit, your wisdom and voice, your lived experiences, and your presence in this world is truly a gift to all who have the pleasure of encountering your warm embrace. Keep normalizing hard conversations! 💕

An inquisitive investigation into humanness

Brescia leads the charge of inclusion, curiosity and kindness with her intentional conversations. Her genuine spirit shines through to every podcast guest and she connects so deeply with the audience by sharing her own vulnerability, as a flashlight on a sometimes dark path of being a human. The topics that her podcast covers are such important topics to be speaking about and asking questions about, and it opens up an investigation into what it means to be human and how to grow empathy for others experiences. Thank you Brescia for your important work! 🩷

Keeping it real, honest, and open

This podcast is a platform for normalizing what might otherwise feel “out of the ordinary” or uncomfortable to discuss. As a social worker I frequently work in the uncomfortable and Brescia’s style of interviewing feels more like a conversation with a friend who is actually interested in the topic and in making people feel more comfortable with these topics and conversations.
