Episode 18: Temazcal Metamorphosis with Stephen Serrano
Welcome back to another episode! This week's guest is Stephen Serrano from Temazcal Metamorphosis.
Stephen comes on the podcast and shares his transformation story. He went from losing his father at the age of 3, not feeling connected to the religion he was raised in, dealing with some addictions, and then having a couple of impactful experiences with plant medicine that opened up his heart to forgive and make the necessary changes to become a better person and find more meaning and connection.
Stephen now facilitates in Temazcal ceremonies, which are similar to what most people know as a sweat lodge. He explains what that is and what the benefits are, and much more! He has a deep love and compassion for others, and I am excited to share his story with you all.
