    Today's guest, Victoria shares her experience of facing harassment, hazing and bullying as a young Sailor, which caused panic attacks and suicidal thoughts. She persevered and completed her training, but struggled with anxiety throughout her career. Victoria faced further challenges including relationship abuse, mental health issues, and a hostile work environment.

    After leaving the military, Victoria found support through friends and her husband. She worked to improve her mental health and now helps other veterans through her job assisting with VA disability claims. Victoria hopes to reduce stigma around mental health issues and encourage veterans to access benefits they deserve.
