The Thursday Murder Club tells the story of an eclectic group of retired residents at Coopers Chase Village who meet every Thursday to try their hand at solving murder, but then exceptional luck comes their way when an actual, real life murder falls into their laps.

Hey (book) lovers!

This week we’re discussing A Darker Shade of Magic by the incredibly talented, V.E. Schwab. Take our word for it when we say that a story of multiple Londons, a mysteriously multi sided coat, and with perilous magic and treachery at every turn, makes for a great episode!

Side note: Not everyone on the team loved this book but after a solid 50 minutes of persuasion it seems this one may have narrowly escaped a spot on the DNF list!!
