The Team Culture Matters
When you are looking to join a new team and club, pay attention to the culture of that team and club. Do the coaches, club directors, trainers treat the players with respect and hold them accountable or do they let the players run the team? Are they supportive and look beyond just winning soccer games? You want to find this out before signing with a team and club.
