USMNT reflections, Fulham motivations, Thanksgiving traditions

On this episode of The American Dream with Steve Schlanger and Tim Ream, Tim reflects on an eventful USMNT camp, which saw his 10-man side lose to Trinidad and Tobago in their final game. Tim looks back at the year with the national team and gives his verdict on how he will remember this spell. Steve and Tim also look ahead to Fulham's very important home fixture against Wolves on Monday night, which is perhaps a little more significant than usual, given Fulham's recent poor form. The team then end by chatting about some of Tim's family Thanksgiving traditions from the UK.

A USMNT Fan ,

A fun listen

If you are into the USMNT, Fulham or American soccer in general, you’ll likely find this show a worthwhile listen. Tim has gotten interviews with a number of his teammates and has been able to get them to open up and share their personal experiences and views. Steve keeps things flowing and you can tell he’s been in the biz for a while.

I would make a suggestion that Steve might want to reduce the amount of banter directed at Tim each show; it’s easy to cross into cringe territory and doesn’t really enhance the listening experience, at least for me.

I look forward to additional episodes and interviews. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic

Great to hear stories, anecdotes and all things overall from the players, at the end they are protagonist of the game

TIM REAM

Tim Ream is as exceptional as a podcaster as he is a footballer. Incredible insight and in-depth coverage. Great for the average football fan, but even better if you’re a Fulham fan. 5 stars to Tim Ream forever.
