    In this episode we take you behind the scenes into all the changes going on, because as you may have noticed we are now under a new Instagram name.

    Join us this week as we sit down with guest Iola! 

    Iola shares that she is a sensual somatic coach and a breath work coach and gives us the low down of what this all really means. Iola graciously guides us through what her work entails and talks about the benefits of accessing services like this are!

    We then switch gears and start talking about how modalities like this serve an importance to the overall community, especially with places like health care, where the system is so reactive. Iola also gets vulnerable with us and shares her own story of how she began this journey.

Episode 24 is EVERYTHING!!!

As I listen to her story I Couldn’t help it but think back to how I use to react and self distract without truly understanding why. I’m soo happy that she eventually got the help she needs. You are not crazy , insane , or mean. You are/were just in pain and with the right help you are/will okay I promise!

Thank you for your courage and your story because there soo many people out there that relate to you on so many levels.
