JC is government affairs and issue advocacy professional with over 15 years of experience.

He has been instrumental and at the forefront of working with both sides of the aisle to pass legislation reforms in healthcare, technology, economic opportunity, and education. He works with policymakers, broad-based coalition partners, and social change entrepreneurs to help advance legislation.

He also consulted and worked with several businesses, universities, and organizations on their lobbying and advocacy efforts.

JC holds a Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University
