Unfortunate

The episode on the wellness community was my first experience of this podcast, as someone that has struggled with disordered eating for over 40 years I was interested to listen. Unfortunately, what I heard was judgment of those who judge. It sounded like two women gossiping, focused on others failures alone. I think the same topic could have been discussed from a higher road perspective. There also seemed to be a lot of woke language and thinking. Wish you the best in your desire to help, but be aware of your own self-righteousness.
