Beating the algorithm with Lynn Luong

Beating the algorithm with Lynn Luong

This week I'm talking with the head of digital marketing for Avon, Lynn Luong. Regardless if you’re a small buisness or a large corporation we are all dealing with the same issue when it comes to marketing, how to keep our audience engaged. It was great to sit down with Lynn and discuss some of the strategies she utilizes to help grow Avon’s customer base in this new digital era, where we are all trying to beat the algorithm.  The opinions expressed in this podcast are those of the speakers. They do not purport to reflect the opinions or views of Avon, its parent, partners or affiliates.

The pros and cons of Ai with Justin Craig-Kuhn and Dan VerWeire

The pros and cons of Ai with Justin Craig-Kuhn and Dan VerWeire

This week I'm talking with two software developers who happen to be my old band mates, Justin Craig-Kuhn and Dan VerWeire. I've done one previous episode on Ai but after talking to Justin last time he was in town I thought it would be good to revisit the topic with two people who understand this technology way more than myself. I must admit I am treading water most of this conversation but I believe it's  important that we all understand what we can about this technology and how it will effect our future.

Taking the Streets to My Ears

My first time listening to your podcast . Funny, I thought the creator of CityKittyStreet was a girl. When you get addicted to street art you start wondering what the artist looks like . Usually on Freemans Alley the artist’s conceal there identity , but I have been surprised by the gender of the artists. Anyway , I am a huge fan of your work and when I saw you were interviewing Eye Sticker it was podcast on.
Looks like another addiction 😉James Chamber👊🏾

WHAT???

I had no idea that this podcast existed… I had to binge like 5 episodes before bed last night. Fun stuff. I know the scene, so that makes it a little more fun for me… the references to imamakeer and hisss bring fond memories… when I started slapping I always hugged-up on City Kitty knowing that there would be a lot of instagram love… fun show, great audio quality. Listening to Steve now, miss that guy, fun memories of watching thing go up on that wall… and walking into his place and seeing some little bits of my work in there really warmed the heart. Just eating, chilling, and talking stories with friends, I miss NYC, it was a great era of my life… miss y’all! -Josh
