It's easier to avoid addressing problems in our life, and to continue to cope with them in the best way we know how. My way, shopping...spending money...denying there's even a problem honestly. As this year comes to an end, I want you to make an effort to be more intentional with yourself, your habits and figure out if it's time to switch it up and become a better version of yourself! Don't wait for the new year to become the you, you were always meant to be.
