Porsche Talk - How Good Were The 70's?!
Porsche Talk Radio: Weather Edition finally returns!
There’s also news about Ajmal’s Porsche 912 which is in serious danger of being driven this year.
The main topic of conversation is the 1970s. The cars, movies and songs as well as world events of the time and there’s some doozies in there!
Listen to the end for the weird stuff.
Marc focuses on the classics and Ajmal keeps bringing up the quirky and not so well loved things.

Porsche Talk - Not the 70's show
“That’s just too many gears!” And other such insightful observations are shared on the latest episode of the show. There’s also a discussion on what the guys think about the outgoing 992.1 and what does this mean for 991 prices.
There’s the usual updates on the old cars and what’s happening in the Porsche world with segues and tangents along the way.
Look out for a small preview of what’s to come on the 1970s episode!

Porsche Talk - It's the 60's Baby!
The guys are back and there’s no mention of the weather again (“madness” I hear you say!)
The usual car and Porsche news is followed by a discussion on
What the 1960s had to offer…from movies, music and cars.
It’s a proper “top 5” episode!

Porsche Talk 10th May 2024 - James Wallis
The weather segment takes a break this week as Ajmal catches up with James Wallis, the new Porsche Carrera Cup GB driver.
In part one of a 2 part conversation, they go through James’ motorsport journey to date and what the challenges have been on the way. A really insightful chat for any young person wanting to get into motor racing.
Marc and Ajmal will be catching up with James again after his second race to discuss how much of a step up the Porsche 992 GT3 is and what he makes of his Carrera Cup experience so far.

Porsche Talk 2nd May 2024
The guys start this week feeling a bit flat before getting all agitated about the world of Porsche. The topics swing from Ajmal being all irate about the hit and run damage to his 911 and Marc bemoaning introduction of the new Taycan.
There’s the usual segues and tangents and, of course, the weather segment!

Entertaining, fun and grounded
I enjoy your podcast tremendously. The banter is strong and natural. I want Porsche content for and by the informed and enthusiastic “non-influencer”, the “non-social media/you tube star”, the non professional journalist. Your podcast fits this description. The periodic appearances by high profile Porsche people, in my opinion, is appropriate and entertaining depending on the guest (9 Werks contributors are always welcome), but please keep this part of your content to a minimum. There is almost endless amount of such content available elsewhere. Porsche for the regular man and woman. This is the key to your content and comes across as authentic. I’m sure most other listeners have a similar opinion. Can you step on toes and feet? Porsche Cooled Owner’s Stories(PCOS) was original and even inspirational to a certain extent. How many listeners, including yourselves, interact and formed relationships because of it? Would your podcast exist without PCOS? No. PCOS allowed the normal, rank and file owner to share his story. I’m sure all of your listeners miss it. My suggestion to improve your content, engagement and up the number of subscribers: In your own way recreate an owners segment. Perhaps work with Michael Bath. I’m not implying you plagiarize his idea but rather try to bring him on board or obtain his permission to include such content in your production. Perhaps some type of owner’s content every other or every third podcast. You two are creative, owner’s stories can be adjusted to fit your style. Also, the periodic addition of a third person, the “normal” Porsche guy or gal, included in the conversation as occurred about a month ago would keep the podcast fresh. I will keep listening.
