Good Grief
Angelina & Amanda operate an inclusive peer support group for people experiencing grief & loss. The meetings are held at a yoga studio & open to anyone in the community. In this episode Amanda & Angelina talk about their friend who inspired them to create this inclusive space for others experiencing grief. We talk about yoga and holding space for students.
